Introduction to Center Courses

The courses listed below will be offered face-to-face at the Center For Mindful Inquiry in Brattleboro, Vermont during 2008-2009. Each of these courses integrates mindfulness theory and practices and teaches participants a variety of ways to apply them to daily life and professional contexts. The courses are experiential, involving significant input and discussions from instructors as well as the development of a strong and supportive learning community.
